Abstract The rotational angular velocity of fragments under the driver explosive products makes constantly flip during trajectory, which has a huge effect on decay fragments. In order to more accurately calculate residual flight, it is necessary study Based paper target system, an experimental method for measuring proposed. By using ANSYS/LSDYNA finite element software, preformed explosion studied. A new meshing proposed simulate driven process accurately. results and numerical simulation are considered be consistent within margin error.
